Mark Fisher, Director of Government Relations and Policy Development at the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and member of the Central Indiana Regional Transit Authority, will discuss transportation issues for Central Indiana’s growth and how that will affect the Muncie/ECI region in particular. One agenda item is the often discussed mass transit commuter rail system, on which Mark will discuss the realities of how that may or may not happen in the next few decades.
